For weddings and events with 49 people or less, we charge $360 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
For weddings and events with 50 to 100 people, we charge $410 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
For an additional $200, we can provide a tranquil room inside our wellness center for use as a bridal suite or for other needs.
Gratuity is optional and is never expected.

Terms and Conditions
To save the date, we require a $300 deposit, which will be applied to your balance. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your event.
A $500 security deposit in cash is required, which is fully refundable upon a clear venue inspection after your event. The inspection will be conducted either on the same day as your event or the following day, and the deposit will be refunded within 3 business days.
In the event of severe weather, the decision to postpone and reschedule the event will be made in consultation with the owners of Under the Oaks within 24-48 hours. There is no additional charge for rescheduling due to severe weather.
