by the event/rental date. No refunds will be provided for payments made towards the
event/rental. If you anticipate any issues with timely payment, please contact us before the
due date to make alternative arrangements. Late payments will incur additional fees per day,
and the full payment must be received at least two weeks before your event/rental date to
avoid cancellation without a refund.

Thirteen oh Eight Luxury Event Suite will offer our space at an hourly rate in which a vendor/professional can utilize the space for a class, meeting, workshop, etc.
This Includes:
A $95 per hour rate for up to 30 guests.
Tables & Seating for up to 30 guests.
Maximum of 3-hour rented space.
Decor allowed: tablecloth only.
Music allowed: (via speaker only)
Must also be held during non-peak times.
NON-PEAK TIMES: Weekdays (Monday - Thursday), Sunday evenings pending availability or Early Saturday mornings before noon.
Anything outside of these guidelines would be deemed an Event and will be subject to normal Event rates.
