Our Sunday Special allows you to have an affordable event for smaller functions like baby showers, gender reveals, memorials, etc. This discounted package is ONLY available for Sunday afternoons and includes use of our 2,000 sq ft Grand Ballroom for 3 hours with access 2 hours prior to set up and decorate and 1 hour after for cleaning. It also includes tables & chairs for up to 100 guests.

A non-refundable booking deposit in the amount of $375 is required to reserve venue day/time. Deposits are transferable one time for a fee which can be waived under extreme circumstances (Hurricane, Covid, etc.). Balance is due one week prior to event. Prior to set up of event, Host must provide a Refundable (cash only) Security Deposit of $250 for Damage and Incidentals. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and all major credit cards (with processing fee).

To guarantee package prices at time of estimate, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package is required. Prices may vary at market rate until deposit is paid in full. Deposits are transferable upon availability for a fee which can be waived under extreme circumstances (Hurricane, Covid, etc.). Final balance and Refundable Damage Deposit of $250 (cash only) is due prior to taking possession of the space.
