We have a beautiful building located in west Tampa area, the rental space of our ballroom includes our lobby, bar room, you could bring your own liquor we do require a CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY, we have a serving room you could also bring your own food. we have an ice machine with unimitated ice. the ballroom is 6,400 sq/ft with a 1,600sq/ft wooden dance floor. the ballroom also includes an 8x24 foot stage. the lobby area is 920sq/ft and can be used for cocktail hour, sign in table, photography etc. the facility has up to 155 parking. PLUS 90 additional spaces including street parking plus 4 handicap accessible,
