48 hours cancellation policy to reschedule. If less than 48 hours cancellation is received, an additional $300 will be required to the package fee. Please understand, we pay instructors who are booked for an event regardless if the event happens or not because they block out the time on their schedule and lose other work because of the booking. We try to keep our talent happy by always paying them so that they will keep our clients happy in the future! DWG brings 10 prizes for the group for a 300.00 package and 20 prizes for any other package. The 300.00 package is for 1 instructor and the larger packages bring 2+ instructors. If either Grace or Hugo (main instructors) are teaching they can teach up to 300 people alone.

Please understand DWG pays their talent whether it is cancelled or not because entertainers save the date for so long and lose other bookings because of saving the date for you. If you call with enough notice, we can reschedule at no charge to you but we may not be able to get the same talent for your event on the day you choose. Late notice bookings can be more challenging. $600 package includes 20 prizes. If you need a DJ we have the best around as well for an extra $250

Terms and Conditions

Each package is 10 hours of lessons. Each class is 2 hours long. You will see instructor 5 times at your earliest convenience. Cancellations less than 24 hours void class rescheduling: Example: You cancel less than 24 hrs before next class. Those 2 hours are void and the others left are not void. If you call w/more than 24 hours notice we may reschedule the class at your earliest convenience. Classes are held at Dance World 2200 E. Fowler Avenue Tampa, Fl
