A room rental fee $150hr will apply to ALL Events, including ceremonies, conferences, meetings, parties, receptions and Events with Special Set-up requirements, ie. dance floor for a charge can also be provided.
Tables & Chairs, White Linens and A/V Services included.
ALL Food & Beverage Must be Purchased from BayScape. (specialty cakes permitted)
A $300 Deposit is required to hold date, space and time and will be applied to final Invoice.
Food and Beverage Minimums Applicable Non and Peak Holiday Season.
