-Please arrive on time, time will not be extended and will end at scheduled time.
-If no one is present after 45 minutes of the scheduled start time, the picnic will be packed up without refund or rescheduling.
Booking
-A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for booking, the remaining balance due 48 hours before the event date.
-If remaining balance hasn’t been made 24 hours prior to event date/time, we will not set up your picnic and NO refunds will be given.
Rescheduling
-Client has up to 72 hours prior to their picnic to decide if they want to reschedule.
- The client has a 3 month limit following the cancelled event for rescheduling and must be of equal or higher value.
-NO refunds will be given the day of the picnic.
Security
-All rental items provided to the client are property of Let Love In Picnics.
-If there are any damages, loss, or theft of rental items, it must reported as soon as it happens. If any damages are found it will documented with pictures and sent to client. Client is fully responsible for replacement/repair costs of the rental items that incurred damages or were lost.
-The client is responsible for the supervision of rental items until we return. If you decide to leave early you must notify us 20 minutes in advance.

Interpretation*
-“Let Love In Picnics” means us, the business responsible for the booking package and rental of items.
-“Client” means the person or business who will be renting items and to whom the invoice is addressed.
-“Rental Items” means all furniture, pillows, glassware, tableware, flatware, linens, decor, and misc. accessories is rented by the client from Let Love In Picnics.

Silverware, Cups, Plates, Napkins, Pillows, Floor Cloth, & Low Picnic Table
2 Hour Experience (3 Hour Experience for events of 8 or more guests)

Terms and Conditions
What is Not Allowed?
-Bringing any kind of paint materials
-No smoking of any kind
-Bringing any pets or animals, only service animals are allowed.
Time of Arrival
-Please arrive on time, time will not be extended and will end at scheduled time.
-If no one is present after 45 minutes of the scheduled start time, the picnic will be packed up without refund or rescheduling.
Booking
-A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for booking, the remaining balance due 48 hours before the event date.
-If remaining balance hasn’t been made 24 hours prior to event date/time, we will not set up your picnic and NO refunds will be given.
Rescheduling
-Client has up to 72 hours prior to their picnic to decide if they want to reschedule.
- The client has a 3 month limit following the cancelled event for rescheduling and must be of equal or higher value.
-NO refunds will be given the day of the picnic.
Security
-All rental items provided to the client are property of Let Love In Picnics.
-If there are any damages, loss, or theft of rental items, it must reported as soon as it happens. If any damages are found it will documented with pictures and sent to client. Client is fully responsible for replacement/repair costs of the rental items that incurred damages or were lost.
-The client is responsible for the supervision of rental items until we return. If you decide to leave early you must notify us 20 minutes in advance.
-We are not responsible for any injuries sustained where the client moved incorrectly or misused the items against recommendations or instruction.
Alcohol
-We do NOT provide alcohol, we are not responsible for any alcohol consumption during the event.
Violation Fees
-We are not responsible for any violation broken by client, transportation, or parking expenses during the picnic service.
Perishable Items
-We cannot guarantee the shelf life of perishable items like flowers or food purchased for the picnic.
