The Monroe Room in the hotel is 1,302 square feet and can host up to 96-130 people depending on the room set up you are looking for. For rounds of 8 we can fit up to 96 people and using Theatre Style seating we can fit up to 130 people. The area can also be separated into two meeting . The area can also be separated into two meeting spaces Monroe 27 and Monroe 25. There is also a large pre-function area outside of the meeting room(s) where we can host registration tables or buffet lines. Since we are a full service hotel all food and beverage needs to be catered from our culinary staff. We have menu's available including our popular carving stations! We also offer a fourth meeting space in our Bistro 27 restaurant space. Which is only available for a certain amount of time each day during lunch. It is perfect for award ceremonies and family reunions who are looking to enjoy a space that is easy to mingle in and that has buffet line already built into the room.
