CANCELLATION POLICY: Best Day Ever Events and Rentals LLC requires a Minimum of 2 weeks cancellation notice prior to the event date in order to refund any deposits or to not incur charges. A $100 service charge for each tent and $50 service charge for other items will be incurred on all cancellations of less than 2 weeks. DELIVERY POLICY: All delivery charges are for standard garage, front yard, back yard, truck accessible property and/or 1st ?oor businesses during regular daytime hours of 8am to 5pm. Additional charges can/will occur for “abnormal, di?cult or time consuming” delivery actions and after-hours delivery. Best Day Ever is not responsible for damage incurred to person or property for any delivery locations outside of the guidelines stated. Items must not be moved to any other address other than the address delivered to. FAILURE TO RETURN RENTAL ITEMS: Failure to return rental property upon expiration of the rental period and failure to pay all amounts due (including costs for damage to the property or equipment) are evidence of abandonment or refusal to redeliver the property, punishable in accordance with section 812.155 of the Florida Statutes. SET UP/TAKE DOWN POLICY: All Best Day Ever Events and Rentals prices include setup and take down of the tent(s),, their sidewalls, lights, tables, chairs and other equipment. Optional setup and take down Services are available for an additional charge. TENT PERMIT POLICY: The Customer is responsible for payment of all permit and acquiring fees when applicable. Customer must furnish all requested/required documents to obtain permits. DAMAGE POLICY: PLEASE do not attach staples, nails, tape, paint, gum, etc. to any Best Day Ever Tents or equipment. NO OPEN FLAMES ARE ALLOWED UNDER THE TENT STRUCTURE. Customer is responsible for all Best Day Ever equipment while rented under the contract. Any damage to Best Day Ever property while under contract, due to negligence, carelessness or intentional destruction, will be the Customer’s full responsibility for repair and/or full replacement costs. Customer is not responsible for damage caused by any “Act of God”. Best Day Ever Events and Rentals is not responsible for any damage done to lawns or property, underground utilities or objects due to tent erection. HOLD HARMLESS: Customer agrees to hold Best Day Ever Events and Rentals harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, judgments, attorneys’ fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance– installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause
