Terms and Conditions
Introduction Thank you for choosing Game Fusion Events for your entertainment needs. By booking an event with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a fantastic and smooth experience for everyone involved.
1. Services Provided: Game Fusion Events will provide gaming equipment rental and event management services as described in the selected package. This includes delivery, setup, operation, and breakdown of gaming equipment, as well as optional staffing and additional entertainment features as per the client's request.
2. Payment and Deposits: Full payment is required at least 48 hours before the event date to secure the booking. A refundable security deposit may also be required for unstaffed events, as specified in the package details. This deposit will be refunded post-event, provided that all equipment is returned in its original condition.
3. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time are eligible for a 50% refund. If the event is canceled less than 24 hours before the start time, no refund will be issued.
4. Respectful Conduct: Game Fusion Events prides itself on providing a professional and respectful environment for both staff and clients. Disrespect or abuse directed towards any staff member, including our Game Masters, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Such behavior includes but is not limited to verbal abuse, physical aggression, and inappropriate comments.
Consequences of Disrespectful or Abusive Behavior:
Immediate cessation of the event with no refund.
Additional charges may be applied to cover any damages or extra costs incurred.
Legal action may be taken if the behavior is deemed threatening or harmful.
5. Equipment Use: Clients are expected to handle all gaming equipment with care. Any damages caused by misuse or neglect may result in forfeiture of the security deposit or additional charges to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
6. Liability: Game Fusion Events is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to private property that may occur during the use of our equipment, except in cases of negligence or equipment malfunction on our part.
7. Weather Considerations: For outdoor events, Game Fusion Events will provide suitable cover, such as tents, to protect the equipment and guests from mild adverse weather conditions. In case of severe weather, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event to ensure the safety of all parties. Clients will be offered a rescheduled date.
8. Modifications to Terms: Game Fusion Events reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes that might affect their event arrangements.
