An event date is reserved after a contract is signed and a $1,000 booking fee is paid. The booking fee goes towards the total event cost. We are open to package adjustments based on our clients' needs, if we can accommodate them.
After signing your contract and paying your $1,000 booking fee to hold your date, a 50% payment on the remaining costs is due 8 months prior to the event start date, and the remaining 50% 2 months prior to the event start date. We are open to considering a personalized payment plan if you need it. We accept bank-to-bank transfers/credit cards with a convenience fee or checks and cash with no processing fee.
Our cancellation and reschedule policies are fully detailed in our contract. Our clients are required to initial each section of the contract to ensure everything is fully understood. A 12-hour event day that includes camping the night of your event. When you choose to have your event on day one and camping that evening, you get the second day for added celebrations and must have the venue vacant and clean by 2pm. Perfect amount of time to finish clean-up, cook breakfast or even host a brunch! We also welcome folks to use day one for a rehearsal dinner and your ceremony/reception on day two if you're not interested in camping.

A day before your event for set up of large items like tents, other set up items and to host a rehearsal dinner and/or welcome party. A 12 hour event day with camping that evening and your final day for waking up and completing your clean up of the venue and hosting a breakfast or brunch. Venue must be cleaned and vacant by 2pm on day three.
