An event date is reserved after a contract is signed and a $1,000 booking fee is received. The booking fee goes towards the total event cost. We are open to package adjustments based on our clients' needs if we can accommodate them.
We require a $1,000 booking fee at the time of signing the contract, a 50% payment on the remaining costs 8 months prior to the event start date, and the remaining 50% 2 months prior to the event start date. We are open to considering a personalized payment plan if requested. We accept bank-to-bank transfers or credit cards with a processing fee for our clients' convenience. Our cancellation and reschedule policies are fully detailed in our contract. Our clients are required to initial each section of the contract to ensure everything is fully understood.
