We offer wedding ceremonies at a base cost of $500 for 2 hours worth of rental time. You can purchase an additional hour for $100, and can have a total maximum time of 3 hours. We do not offer receptions.
We require a down payment of one-half the fee to reserve your date. The final amount will be due no later than 48 hours prior to your rental. In the event of a cancellation, there is a $50 non-refundable administrative fee.
Ceremony fee includes:
• Two-hour use of the first floor for the event
• Set-up and use of folding chairs, banquet tables and table cloths
• Use of a private, second floor dressing room
• Two picturesque, fully restored locations to choose from to say "I do"
• Time for set-up and photos before your guests arrive

Fairlawn Mansion is perfect for lunches, tea parties, grooms dinners, and so much more! Pricing is $20/person, or $25/person if you'd like to rent our china for your event. We can host a maximum of 35 guests during event rentals. Our events start at 3 hours of rental time, but can be extended up to 5 hours total for a price of $100/hour. For guests serving alcohol, a $100 refundable alcohol deposit is required.
Included in your rental:
- 3 hours of rental time (up to 5 hours total at $100 per extra hour)
-Folding chairs, folding tables, cocktail tables
-Setup and takedown of tables and chairs
-Use of butler's pantry and kitchen
-Use of common spaces on the first floor of Fairlawn Mansion
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining amount must be paid in full no later than 48 hours prior to your rental. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to your event will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.
