The Brittain Patio is where the majority of the receptions take place and is surrounded by lush gardens, several Koi ponds, a gazebo and string lighting through the gardens to give your event an elegant feel. The Brittain Patio is covered by a 50 x 60 frame tent that includes pole liners, string lights, fans and a chandler creating a setting unique to The Gardens at Gray Gables. A large grassy lawn is located behind the patio along with an arbor and manicured gardens.

The Gray Gables House is the main facility on the property built in 1898 by Henry Clay Brittain. The building is handicap accessible and contains multiple sitting rooms, bathrooms and a kitchen facility. The Gray Gables House features the Groom's Den, which is where the Groom and groomsmen get dressed and ready for the big day. Also located in the Gray Gables House is the Blue Marlin Bar, which was added in the Summer of 2014.

The Southard Rose Arbor is our premier ceremony location on the property. Enclosed by oaks and evergreens, this private location features a paved walkway, large ceremonial arbor, sodded grass seating area which is perfect for saying your vows in front of your close family and friends.

The Stantliff Cottage, located in the rear of the property, is where the Bride and her bridesmaids get ready for the big day. It has a full kitchen, sitting room, and large bridal suite in the back, complete with a mirrored runway. Also included are other amenities such as a TV, stereo system and Wi-Fi and a private parking lot.

The Stantliff Courtyard is a secluded 2,500 square foot stamped patio offering beautiful views of Gable's Pond and lush evergreen gardens. Complete with an outside bar, The Stantliff Courtyard is perfect for intimate ceremonies and cocktail hour.
