Terms and Conditions
Signed contract, half down deposit is required to reserve your event date. Balance due 2 weeks prior to your event. We do require a $150 returnable security deposit 1 week prior to event.
The space houses 50 people comfortably. We allow wine and champagne only. No liquor, beer or alcohol. Food, non alcoholic drinks and DJ are permitted.
Pop ups are allowed on Sunday’s only.
Repast and kid events for children 12 and under are not allowed at this location. If you need Decor, linen, etc... we do offer packages allowing you to walk in to a fully decorated space.
