Regular rental pricing is for intimate non-wedding events (75 or less) $795 for 4 hours, plus an 18% gratuity. This pricing includes non-alcoholic drinks for up to 75, tables, chairs, use of our sound system, & a host to assist day-of. You also get an hour before to decorate, and a half an hour after to clean up. If you’d like to add alcohol, you must do so through us. Most people choose to do a tab bar of $400 in which you pay the $400 and your guests may drink up to that amount. To secure a date, the deposit is $300.
