Regular rental pricing is for intimate non-wedding events (75 or less)
$795 for 4 hours, plus an 18% gratuity.
This pricing includes non-alcoholic drinks for up to 75, tables, chairs, use of our sound system, & a host to assist day-of.
You also get an hour before to decorate, and a half an hour after to clean up.
If you’d like to add alcohol, you must do so through us.
Most people choose to do a tab bar of $400 in which you pay the $400 and your guests may drink up to that amount.
To secure a date, the deposit is $300.

Terms and Conditions
Pricing is combined facility & bar for up to 100 guests. Each additional guest 12 years & older is $45 per person. Pricing includes sales tax. An 18% gratuity will be added to cover all staff working your event, except the bartender. The bartender will have a tip jar.
A $1500 non-refundable deposit, is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied to your total balance.
Payment will be applied as 6 equivalent payments distributed over the course of your engagement, & completed 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.
