Cancellation Policy: A full refund is provided if booking is cancelled more than 90 days in advance of the event date. A 90% refund is provided if the booking is cancelled 30-89 days in advance of the event date. A 50% refund of the total rent is provided if the booking is cancelled 15-29 days in advance of the event date. No refund of the total rent is provided if the booking is cancelled 14 days or less of the event date.
Payment Methods: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit) Debit, Cheque, Cash
Initial Payment, including security deposit is due upon confirmed booking of venue. Final Payment is due 30 days prior to event date.
Client to provide décor, DJ services, catering, kitchen and bar supplies, and event staff. Facility staff provides set up of tables, chairs and facility owned amenities.
The Parkland Hall is a formal banquet space with an inlaid hardwood dance floor, lobby space, built-in bar, stage, 2 balconies, large coat closet, servery space which includes a commercial fridge, sink and preparation space. The banquet hall can be separated into 2 spaces for meetings and conferences.
