The Garden's Executive Club is a donation-only event center situated in the charming Historic Stone Mountain district, just 25 minutes north of bustling downtown Atlanta. It boasts a comfortable and elegant ambiance that enthralls the senses and exudes a royal charm. Preserving the rural character of Stone Mountain, this unique venue is housed in a 205-year-old mansion and a former 1815 restaurant, the Old Magnolia Tea Room.
Its new owner, Ebony OH, has beautifully restored and preserved the classic elements and charming details of this historic establishment in hopes of making it an extremely affordable and ideal location for exclusive private events to uplift the Stone Mountain district and the surrounding metro Atlanta communities abroad.

Garden's Executive Club provides Workman's Compensation Insurance in the aggregate amount of
$2,000,000.00.
Deposit, Payment and Confirmation Information:
1. To accept a proposal, please sign and date the last page.
I. Prices and dates are guaranteed until 2022 after which they are subject to change at
any time.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your prices and date. Deposit is non-
refundable in the event of cancellation. The paid deposit will be deducted from the
final bill.
3. Balance Due - The Client shall pay the remaining balance due in full 5 days prior to
your event. Garden's Executive Club does not extend credit for services without prior
approval. A service charge of 1.5% per month (equivalent to 18% per annum) will be
collected on all past due accounts unpaid after (30) days. The total cost of the Event
Services is subject to adjustment if additional services are provided beyond what was
originally estimated in the signed agreement.
4. A 5% Production/Delivery Charge and an 8% state sales tax and 3% city sales
tax (if applicable) will be added to the total.
5. Credit Cards: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
However, a 2% convenience fee will be added to the invoice when paying with any of
these credit cards to cover administrative costs of providing this payment option.
6. Staffing and Vendor services are based on the stated event time.
If your event exceeds this time frame, additional charges may be incurred.
7. GEC Events strongly recommends that we provide all china, glassware,
flatware, serving pieces and linens. If you would prefer we use something of your
own, GEC accepts no liability for breakage, wear or any damage that may result from its use, even if that damage is caused by a GEC
employee or contractor.
Also, any surface used to display or serve from must be covered and protected appropriately. If you do not have appropriate linen or other cover, we
will be happy to rent one.
Guarantee:
All selections must be finalized no later than 10 business days prior to your event date.
To ensure that you receive the freshest products available, please provide any final changes
in guest count to GEC a minimum of 5 business days prior to the event date.
If no changes are provided to GEC, the minimum guest guarantee and all quantities shown in this proposal will be the minimum amount provided. GEC reserves the right to adjust your final invoice prices if the changes to guest count or quantities occur with less than 5 days notice.
