Terms and Conditions

Black and Gold Large Throne chair. Available for parties and events in the Atlanta and surrounding cities area. Delivery is including for locations 30 miles from Stockbridge, Ga. Outside of this there will be a $50 delivery fee added. Rental period is for 24 hours. Book in Advance for best availability. Customer have up to 72 hours before the event date for any cancellations. If after this window, no refunds will be made. Security Deposit Required of $75, returned to customer within 1 business day as long as there is no damage to rental equipment. Pick up and Drop Off times and locations will be arranged to accommodate your event.

Terms and Conditions

Food and drinks are allowed. The space will be cleaned and ready to use. You are required to return the space back to you the same or better as you received it. Please report any damages to your event host, as there will be someone on site to assist you. No smoking is allowed inside of the facility. ALCOHOL MUST REMAIN IN DREAM HOUSE STUDIOS PROPERTY. RENTER further agrees to: 1. NOT TO USE TAPE, STAPLES, SCREWS, TACKS ON WALLS, CEILINGS FOR ANY PURPOSE. Use of ANY glue on any wall or woodwork will result in a minimum charge of $50.00 for repair and repainting of surfaces. 2. NOT STAND ON CHAIRS, BRING A LADDER TO USE. NO SILLY STRING OR GLITTER! 3. TO PLACE ALL LITTER, GARBAGE, BOTTLES, TRASH, ETC. IN SECURED GARBAGE BAGS AND PLACE OUTSIDE OF BACK DOOR OF FACILITLY.
