Terms and Conditions

The event coordinator will be allowed one hour complimentary access to the room prior to the event to set-up. However the event must end at the designated time or an additional charge of $50.00 per hour will be charged to the credit card on file. A credit card must be left on the file in the event the room is not returned in the same manner in which it was rented. If the room is returned in the same manner in which it was rented, a charge of $150.00 will be placed on your credit/debit card. The deposit of $100.00 is non-refundable. The balance must be paid 72 working hours prior to the arrival of the group, if the balance is not paid the within 72 working hours the meeting space will be released, and re-sold.
