Terms and Conditions
A retainer must be paid at the time of booking. This deposit secures the date for the services of the videographer. It is the Clients’ guarantee that the videographer will not book someone else in the Client’s time slot.
The agreement between Forever Video and the Client is for the exact date specified in this contract. In the event of the cancellation or postponement of the ceremony and reception, the deposit is non-refundable. If the wedding and reception are postponed and rescheduled, Forever Video agrees to shoot on the new date under the terms of this contract, subject to availability. If Forever Video is unavailable to shoot on the rescheduled date, this contract will be null and void.
Forever Video will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control. If the videographer and/or the photographer cannot reform this agreement due to a fire or other casualty, accident or ill health, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of parties, then Forever Video shall return the deposit to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. Forever Video will not be held liable in the event that video materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in shipping, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the videographer.
Any liability on the part of Forever Video will be limited to the number of monies paid.
