We are a fully mobile and enclosed wood fired catering service,that specialize in traditional wood fired pizza.Using only the freshest ingredients out there with our imported wood fired oven going over 800 degrees Fahrenheit the pizza comes out crispy and explodes with flavor, from the wood to the freshness of the ingredients. Our cooking comes from years of family tradition passed on, and growing up in an Italian house hold where food is very important and freshness is the priority to making food taste out of this world. What makes us different is that we are fully contained. No tents are needed and no equipment will ever leave the trailer. All we need is a space to park the trailer and we are good to go with making fresh wood fired pizza.We do private events such as catering for weddings, graduation or any type of event.
