The Trophy Room at the Springdale Country Club is the perfect space for small group gatherings. The room is position on the second floor and provide plenty of natural light with large windows overlooking the golf course and pool deck. Men's and Women's restrooms are conveniently located just outside the room entrance. The room has a mounted flat screen TV for meetings and presentations. Room capacity depends on table setup and arrangements. We provide in-house catering and staff. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the room rental fee is required for a reservation. A minimum advanced notice of 2-weeks is requested for all bookings and an increase in attendance will be accepted up to 1-week prior to the event.

PAYMENT: Springdale Country Club (hereinafter, 'The Club') Members are eligible for a waived room rental fee. . Estimated charges for non-members are due in full 7 days prior to the event. Any is balance is to be paid in full at the conclusion of the event. We accept payment in USD via check, credit card, debit card, money order or traveler's check.
CANCELLATION POLICY: notice of cancellation is required no less than 72-hours prior to your scheduled event.
FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICIES:
-All food and beverages served in the Club are to be provided by the Springdale Country Club. Exceptions are made for special occasion cakes. No food or beverages, with the exception of special occasion cakes, may be taken from the Club's premises following the event.
-A service charge of 20%, will be added to all food and beverage sales. A sales tax of 9.75% is added to all food and beverage. An alcohol tax (liquor, beer and/or wine) will also be added in compliance with city, county and state laws.
-Prices are subject to change without notice. Guaranteed prices will not be given more than 30 days prior to any event date, due to market conditions. A price guarantee can be secured up to 6 months with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
-A uniform meal of up to (3) entrees must be selected for all events exceeding (20) people. A buffet must be used for events of 50 people or more (exceptions can be negotiated with the Event Coordinator).
OUTSIDE VENDORS:
-Entertainment, outside vendors and all support personnel must be approved by our Event Coordinator in advance. No alcoholic beverages may be consumed at any time while on the Club property by performers, vendors and/or support personnel.
-All outside vendors and their staff must be clearly identifiable with a name tag that includes their company's logo. If vendor clothing is unavailable, vendors must be dressed in a similar fashion to our Club staff. i.e., black shirt (preferably Polo style), black slacks and black non-slip shoes.
-Outside vendors and support staff are responsible for the set-up, break down, and clean-up of their equipment. The Springdale Country Club cannot be expected to provide any equipment for outside vendors or support staff (plates, glasses, extension cords, etc.) Outside vendors and support staff are not allowed in the Club's kitchen. All request to the Chef or kitchen staff must be made through the event coordinator or Front of House personnel.
LIABILITY:
-The Springdale Country Club reserves the right to inspect and control any aspect of any or all private functions. Liability for damage to the premises will be charged to the representative acting as the contracted sponsor.
-The Springdale Country Club cannot assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or personal articles prior to, during or after your event. This includes any items left after the completion of your event and equipment used by outside vendors. All decorations and support equipment must be picked up no later than the day following the event. The Club cannot be held responsible for storing your event items.
-The person that is hosting the event, and/or the member sponsoring the event, is responsible for the actions of their guests, including any damages to the Club's property and/or facilities.
RESTRICTIONS:
-The Springdale Country Club prohibits the throwing of birdseed, rice or confetti. No smoking inside the premises. An additional clean up fee of $150 will be charged should this occur.

The room is privately positioned in the right-wing of the Club and features a fireplace, crown moulding and plenty of natural light with large windows and french doors. Men's and Women's restrooms are conveniently located just outside the room entrance. Room capacity depends on table setup and arrangements. The room rental fee is $275.00 for day time use and $500 for evening use. We provide in-house catering and staff. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the room rental fee is required for a reservation. The Grand Ballroom at the Springdale Country Club is a great space for large group gatherings such as a wedding reception, banquet, seminar, company party, holiday party or fundraiser. The room is centrally-located inside the Club and features high ceilings, hardwood floors, crown moulding, A/V hookups and plenty of natural light with large windows. Men's and Women's restrooms are conveniently located near the ballroom. Room capacity depends on table setup and arrangements. The room rental fee is $500.00 for daytime use or $1000 for evening use.
