We are a complete wedding and event venue located on 70 picturesque acres 4 miles from the NWA mall. We have won Best Wedding Venue and Best Event venue every year since we opened in 2014. We offer a Chapel and reception/event space. Our winery and tasting room is situated with decks overlooking a flowing stream. We can provide space for your bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, wedding, gala, birthday party, anniversary etc... Our rates include tables and chivary chairs for your event. We offer an event person for the day of your event. We include many extras and our prices vary depending on your desires and date. We can accommodate small or very large gatherings. Beautiful facilities and helpful staff. They do most of the work including table linens and place settings. Most reasonably priced of all the venues we shopped. A relative at our birthday party booked the Vineyard for their wedding reception in July!

The venue is perfect for an executive leadership meeting with projection monitor, sound system and amazing views to enjoy! Of course, a little local wine tasting after an all-day meeting was a bonus. The staff were easy to work with which made the planning process stress-free. We will definitely look to Sassafras Springs when we need a retreat from the daily business grind.”
