About The Historic Barn at Cooke Tavern

The Historic Barn at Cooke Tavern is a timber framed event venue situated on a 33 acre nature preserve in beautiful Penns Valley. Perfect for weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, family reunions and corporate events, there are many special locations throughout the property to exchange vows, hold a transitional cocktail hour, set up outdoor activities, and plan after-hour fun. The barn rental includes tables and chairs for 175 indoors, room for 250 outdoors, newly constructed indoor restrooms, commercial kitchen, catering area and a large wrap-around deck and balcony area with breathtaking views. *Please note that we do not host many single day events.
