The practice of permitting guests to provide their own licensed bartenders will be discontinued. This change is due to the inefficiency and the excessive labor required for external bartenders to set up and dismantle their services for each occasion. Instead, we invite you to experience the pinnacle of our offerings: our in-house bar services. These services not only showcase our expertise but also offer a personalized touch, allowing you to work hand-in-hand with our professional bartenders to design a beverage menu that’s tailored to your event’s theme and fits within your budget. INDOOR SPACE 2024 FALL/WINTER BOOKING CALENDAR IS OPEN $450/hour ( Minimum booking: 3hrs) With a spacious capacity for 200 guests, a gorgeous stage, a well-equipped catering kitchen, and a stylishly furnished high-end setup, it’s the perfect venue for any type of party. Whether it’s a wedding reception, corporate gala, or a milestone celebration, your guests are in for a memorable experience. ENTIRE SPACE BOOKING CALENDAR IS AVAILABLE STARTING 8/1/24 $600/hour (Minimum booking : 5 hrs) Nestled in a serene setting, our space is perfectly tailored to host up to 400 guests for your special event. Immerse yourself in the charm of our outdoor oasis, where natural beauty sets the stage for unforgettable moments. Step inside, and you’ll be greeted by a sophisticated indoor ambiance that promises comfort and style. Whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate event, or a private celebration, our venue offers a seamless blend of indoor luxury and outdoor splendor that will leave your guests in awe. Experience the perfect backdrop for your event—where every detail is crafted with you in mind. To ensure your departure is as smooth as your arrival, we include a cleaning fee with your booking, allowing you to leave the celebration without a second thought about the aftermath. The cleaning fee varies based on your party size: 10-30 people: $100 31-50 people: $125 51-100 people: $200 101-200 people: $275 201-300 people: $375 301-400 people: $450 Booking Times: You can start as early as 10 AM and wrap up by 10 PM. If you need additional set-up time or disassemble time, just let us know! It’s available at a rate of $50/hour. Please choose an appropriate time for setup or breakdown that precedes your scheduled event time. This period is not included in your event hours and should be used exclusively for you or your vendors to prepare before the event begins or to tidy up afterwards. We ask that you respect this guideline and refrain from using this time as part of your hosting duration. Feel free to specify any additional requirements or ask any questions. Beautiful venue check it out - An Eventective User

I rented this venue for my Brothers Celebration of Life after he passed away. It is an absolutely beautiful venue and I would recommend it to anyone for any event. They were very helpful with questions. I didn't have to use any special caterers and that meant the world to me. Didn't know how many people there would be. Please check this place out on person so you can see how great it is.
