Terms and Conditions

This wedding package offers a custom-written love story wedding ceremony, your choice to write your own custom-written vows, a Prayer or Reading if you choose to add one, and your choice of adding a Rose Ceremony and/or Unity Ceremony. Choices must be sent to us no less than 15 days before the day of the rehearsal. For clients not submitting choices, it will be assumed our choices are acceptable. NO CHANGES ARE ALLOWED to any part of the ceremony after the above deadline. Clients will obtain a marriage license in advance of the wedding date. Clients will bring the marriage license to the rehearsal; the ceremony will not begin without the license. Clients understand that they are legally married after the ceremony; the Officiant and witnesses sign the marriage license immediately after the ceremony attesting to the fact that the wedding ceremony took place. Ralph’s Regal Weddings does not allow either the Officiant or witnesses to sign the marriage license before the ceremony or to enter a fraudulent date on the marriage license. Clients will provide their own Unity Ceremony set and/or flowers for the Rose Ceremony as well as other items to be used during the wedding ceremony. The terms of our contract are good for one year from the date of signing. Please inform us about any changes in address, phone, email, or (MOST IMPORTANTLY) the date or time of the wedding and/or rehearsal. Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made and will be handled on an individual basis. Cancellation of the wedding because of a personal tragedy, such as serious illness/injury or death of an immediate family member or member of the wedding party, or because of military deployment, will be considered ample cause for a refund. Terms and Conditions

$240.00 and requires a $120 non-refundable booking fee. The location must be 40 miles or less, one-way, from Ralph’s Regal Weddings. This package is offered primarily between November 1 and April 30; the availability of this package during the rest of the year is limited by our schedule.
