This package includes: • 50-hours for your special event! Check in at the Ranch House at 11 a.m. the day before your event and check out at 1 p.m. the day after! • Two-night overnight accommodations for up to 30 guests at all 5 Cypress Valley treehouses and our 5-bedroom Ranch House (check in for treehouses is at 4 p.m. the day before the event and check out is at 11 a.m. the day after.) • A one-day event for up to 125 guests between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. on event day • 48-hour access to our beautiful cliff side reception pavilion, ceremony platform, and outdoor amphitheater for set up, celebration, and tear down • Host up to a 5-hour rehearsal dinner the night before your event at the Ranch House • Use of the Ranch House for event staging with plenty of room for the whole wedding party to dress and prepare for the big day • Scheduled use of space free of charge for Bridal and Engagement Photos • Tables and chairs for up to 125 guests • Onsite Parking • On-site venue manager (this is NOT a day-of-coordinator) • Flexibility to bring your own vendors • Personalized discount code to send with your Save the Dates to get your guests a $20/person discount on a zip line canopy tour over the event weekend • Overnight guest access to our small lake and main recreation area. With seasonal swimming pool, half-court basketball, tetherball, picnic area, hammocks, restrooms, solar showers, and a gas grill, this area can be used as a space for guests to relax and decompress.
