Kirby’s Prime Steakhouse in Southlake offers a newly renovated private room(s) that can accommodate up to 80 persons. A collapsing soundproof wall can also divide the rooms and make two separate private facilities. “The Wine Room” can seat up to 48 and “The Back Room” can accommodate up to 30 people. Both rooms have A/V, microphones, and high definition screens for presentation purposes. Kirby’s does not charge for the usage of their equipment, however a minimum may be requested depending on the size of the party. Banquet menus are also available and the banquet manager can help you customize your own menu as well.
