Brick Oven has been serving Utah families for as long as most people can remember. Back in 1956, Stadium Lunch, a corner cafe, was converted into one of Utah's first pizza parlors. A contest determined its original name "Heaps A Pizza". In fact, many people still refer to the restaurant as "Heaps Brick Oven".
From the beginning, Brick Oven has had a commitment to delicious food and superior service. Even today, nearly all of the items served at Brick Oven are made from scratch daily.
