Terms and Conditions

1. Failure to perform is subject to proven illness, accidents in transport, riots, acts of god or any valid condition(s) beyond the control of "Entertainment By J.J. ". 2. In the case of #1, if the client chooses, J.J. will find suitable replacement personnel without an increase in cost to the agreement. However, if a suitable replacement cannot be found ALL monies will be refunded to the client as sole remedy. This will be considered FULL compensation and damages from "Entertainment By J.J. ". to the client and all parties. 3.If client Cancels this agreement prior to event. It is agreed that the deposit will be Full Compensation to "Entertainment By J.J. ". and No other fees will be pursued. 4. If client Cancels the DAY of event, payment of Deposit & Balance due will be considered full and final amount to be paid to "Entertainment By J.J. ".
