Cancellation Policy:
0-30 days before the event, client is responsible for 100% of Event Fees.
31-60 days before the event, client is responsible for 75% of Event Fees.
61 or more days before the event, client is responsible for 50% of Event Fees
Payment:
A signed contract, paid invoice, and completed credit card authorization form are required to confirm the event. A signed contract and 50% deposit are required to secure a date.
'Social Hour' is an alternate to guided wine tasting that provides drinks and curated grazing boards. Curated Graving boards include charcuterie(unless vegetarian is requested), cheeses, nuts, fruit, and other seasonal accompaniments at the Chef's discretion. Large boards are presented at a unstaffed station that guests can visit at will. Drinks are served in Growler format at a staffed station that customers can visit at will. Drink choices include all wine on tap, Kolsch, IPA, Draft Rootbeer, Lemonade, and Iced Tea. Time frame is up to 90 min as a standalone event, or 60 minutes when stacked with another event type. Tap water is included with bottled sparkling water available for purchase. Maximum capacity for Social is 120 guests.

Check or ACH payments are free of charge; Credit Card payments will incur an additional 3% charge. Incidental charges that may occur the day of may be paid via credit card on site or charged to the card on file via authorization form.

'Guided Group Wine Tasting' is an experience designed to educate customers about Kivelstadt Cellars Wine in a guided tasting format. Customer's are greeted with a welcome splash of Sparkling wine, followed by 4 additional wines at the discretion of the tasting lounge host. No other food or drinks are included in this experience, but may be available for purchase. Wine by the bottle or glass are not included in this experience but may be available for purchase. Time frame is up to 90 min as a standalone event, or 60 minutes when stacked with another event type. Tap water is included with bottled sparkling water available for purchase. Maximum capacity is 45 guests for guided group wine tasting.

Each station will contain one food item to encourage social movement of guests. 2 base stations are included in the $50 package; each additional station is $25. Family Style Meal brought to the table in waves of large plates/bowls/boards for guests to serve themselves at will. Food selections include choice of 2 starters, 2 mains, 1 side, and 1 dessert. Food choices are to be agreed upon no less than 30 days prior to the event. 80 guests is the maximum capacity for family style meals. Event space is reserved for 2 hours with family style meal; guests may be asked to depart after 2 hours without previous arrangements with written consent.
