Dilboy Hall Price Package Terms We’re excited to host your special event at Dilboy Hall! Below are the terms related to our pricing packages to help you plan with clarity and confidence. Payment & Balance • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The amount will be specified in your contract and applied toward your final balance. • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before your event date, unless otherwise stated in your contract. • We accept the following forms of payment: • Credit Card • Check (payable to Dilboy Hall) • Invoice/ACH for approved clients or organizations Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the event will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. • Cancellations made within 60 days of the event date are subject to full payment of the package, unless the date is rebooked by another client. • All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by Dilboy Hall. Special Offers & Discounts From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing or discounts for eligible events (such as non-profits or weekday rentals). • Discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added retroactively. • Offers are subject to change and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Terms & Conditions Full terms and conditions—including responsibilities of the renter, vendor access, set-up and breakdown guidelines, and liability details—are available in our Venue Rental Agreement, provided at the time of booking. We strongly encourage all planners and clients to review the full agreement and cancellation policy before confirming a reservation.
