While you may feel as if you are worlds away, you will still be conveniently situated close to cities like Berlin, Ocean City, Annapolis, Baltimore, and Washington. Facilities and Capacity The property is filled with romantic and serene settings like miles of pastures with grazing horses, ponds, and hardwood trees. Overall, the style of this venue is rustic, yet very elegant. The stone mansion, which is a 7,000-square-foot castle, is quite a romantic setting for a ceremony. The timber-framed barn defines rustic elegance, featuring copper walls and a glass floor, and the stalls are immaculately maintained. The barn has multiple large solid mahogany sliding barn doors and a portico built from massive timbers, cut from trees grown on this century farm. The barn contains 22,000 square feet of every luxurious detail that couples need to host a stunning ceremony and reception. The venue includes a 6000 sqft white cathedral-high pole tent with a chandelier and cafe lighting, which will accommodate up to 350 guests. Inside the barn, there is a bridal suite and a separate groomsmen's lounge so that each party can get ready in privacy. Additional tents can also be set up on the property to accommodate up to 500 guests. Some couples prefer a truly natural experience during their ceremony and reception and use the 100 acres of hardwood trees as their preferred site on the property. Also, the property can be used again and again for anniversary photographs so that you can continue creating and capturing memories here. On your big day, you will be supplied with handcrafted solid wood harvest tables, gift tables, and sign-in tables, catering tables, a dance floor, solid wood cross-back chairs, and cafe lighting.
