Standard Pricing: ~ Base Rate for is $4,500 for 24 hour events. Includes guest access to all dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, and commissary supplies, Lodge Manager fee for two house managers. Additional fee for optional items. $1000 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking, and will be applied to invoice. A refundable damage deposit of $1000, made by a credit card, is also required; ~ 50% payment of total estimate cost is due 30 days in advance; ~Final payment adjustments will be addressed if needed within four weeks of event end date. Additional offerings for nominal fees as needed and available: ~ Headcount over 40 guests (pro-rated for duration of event included) $25/pp/night - NOTE: max capacity is 150 people for in-lodge day use, 80 for optional overnight use; ~ Guest Rental of Portable restrooms (required for over 100 guests); ~ Meal support: chef, catering and/or general kitchen (pricing tbd, multiple options available); ~ Fireplace/pit usage (ends 4 hours before end of event; pricing tbd on firewood used)
o Event planning & logistics management (pricing tbd, multiple options available); ~ Bed & Bath linen provision (pricing tbd, multiple options available); ~ Winter snow packing/machine (optional); assist in packing in/out; ~ Winter rope tow usage (optional, $50/hour, flexible schedule to fit weather, availability & needs)
