A RETAINER FEE is REQUIRED to Book the services of Red Carpet Event Planning, LLC
RETAINER FEE is 50% of TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT
A CREDIT CARD is required to be kept ON FILE until AFTER the Event in case of Damages or Missing Linen from Rental
If Damages or Missing Linen occurs the Clients Credit Card will be charged accordingly to replace damaged or missing Linen
FINAL BALANCE is due 3 WEEKS PRIOR to Event Date
Event Draping designs are all custom based on Clients needs.

Event Management Services are provided by Red Carpet Event Planning, LLC for the Client who needs someone to RUN THE SHOW.
We take care of ALL the Logistics that are involved when planning ANY Special Event
We will serve as the MAIN POINT OF CONTACT on Event Day so you can focus on getting ready to greet your guests
We will assist with Event Setup as needed on day of Event
We will ensure that all Rental Items are returned to appropriate Vendors at the end of the event
We will ensure that all Vendors receive payment as needed for the event
