A RETAINER FEE is REQUIRED to Book the services of Red Carpet Event Planning, LLC RETAINER FEE is 50% of TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT A CREDIT CARD is required to be kept ON FILE until AFTER the Event in case of Damages or Missing Linen from Rental If Damages or Missing Linen occurs the Clients Credit Card will be charged accordingly to replace damaged or missing Linen FINAL BALANCE is due 3 WEEKS PRIOR to Event Date
