PRICE INCLUDES THE DELIVERY, SETUP AND TEARDOWN OF THE PRODUCTS WITHIN 35 MILES OF SMYRNA, TN.
SETUP WILL TAKE A MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: CASH, CHECK AND PAYPAL (IF CLIENTS CHOOSES TO USE PAYPAL, CLIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE 3.5% PAYPAL FEE)
NO BOOKING IS VALID UNTIL THE FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND CLIENT HAS SIGNED EXCEPTIONAL WEDDINGS AND EVENTS LEGAL CONTRACT.
THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGING OF DATES FOR ANY REASON ONCE CONTRACT HAS BEEN SIGNED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
EXCEPTIONAL WEDDINGS AND EVENTS HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE AGREEMENT AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON AND WILL REFUND CLIENT UPON THIS DECISION.
ALL TERMS ON EXCEPTIONAL WEDDINGS AND EVENTS CONTRACT HOLDS TRUE FOR ANY BOOKING THAT TAKES PLACE ON EVENTECTIVE SITE.
Full Scale Event Planning that includes the following:
- Help with finding the venue that fits within your budget and criteria
- Guidance and help with finding the vendors that make your day special (such as DJ, Cake, Caterer, Decorator, Florists, Photographer, Photo Booth, etc)
- Review of contracts with vendors to verify it states what you are wanting
- Up to 5 consultations (lasting up to 1 hr each, at the availablity of the planner, evenings and weekends)
- Help with design ideas
- 2 Consultants to help with the Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception
- Directing services at the rehearsal (up to 2 hours) or assisting the Officiant
- Preparing processional and recessional schedules for ceremony vendors and attendants
- Assist with flower pinning and distribution of bouquets and corsages
- Check and verify deliveries for the Ceremony and Reception
- Set up Guest Book, Gift Table, Unity Candle, Sand Ceremony, "In Memory of" or other special items to display
- Assist Photographer with arrangement of photos per their request
- Have on hand emergency kits in case of "emergencies" (such as sewing kits, hairspray, toothbrush, lint brush, etc)
- Provide bottle water for the Bridal Party and the Grooms Party and provide light refreshments to snack on before ceremony
- Prepare and distribute reception timeline to wedding party and vendors
- Work with all vendors to ensure a smooth reception
- Verify setup times and locations with all vendors one week prior
- Arrange receiving line or grand entrance
- Coordinate with DJ or Band for all special dances and moments
- Deliver gifts to specified vehicle
- Cue Best Man and others for toasts
- Set up garter toss and bouquet toss
- Prepare area for grand exit, distribute favors or toss items and gather guests in specified area

MUST VERIFY AVAILABILITY OF YOUR DATE BEFORE THIS PACKAGE IS VALID. WILL ALLOW ONLY ONE BOOKING PER DATE. AVAILABLE DATES FOR WEEKENDS ONLY, NO WEEKDAY EVENTS WILL BE ALLOWED.

ONCE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED, THE CLIENT MUST SIGN A LEGAL AGREEMENT STATING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE PACKAGE. NO WORK WILL BEGIN ON THE PURCHASED PACKAGE UNTIL BOTH THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND THE CONTRACTS HAVE BEEN SIGNED.
THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGE OF DATES ONCE THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, FOR ANY REASON.
DECORATIONS AND SETUP OF TABLES AND CHAIRS ARE A SEPARATE FEE FROM THIS PACKAGE. BOTH CAN BE ADDED AT ANYTIME.
IN THE EVENT THAT CLIENT USES ANY PRODUCT OF EXCEPTIONAL WEDDINGS AND EVENTS, THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCTS SAFE RETURN AND IS HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED.
EXCEPTIONAL WEDDINGS AND EVENTS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR CLIENT OR GUESTS OF CLIENTS FOR ANY REASON, HOWEVER IF EXCEPTIONAL WEDDINGS AND EVENTS OR CREW CAUSES DAMAGE TO ANY VENUE, WE HAVE A $1,000,000 LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY THAT WILL COVER US.
EXCEPTIONAL WEDDINGS AND EVENTS SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN AGREEMENT WITH A CLIENT FOR ANY REASON THAT THEY FEEL NECESSARY, AND WILL REFUND THE FEES PAID IF THIS HAPPENS.
WE TAKE CASH, CHECK AND PAYPAL. IF YOU USE PAYPAL, THE 3.5% PAYPAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO CLIENT.
