The following Event Fee schedule is applicable in addition to the residence rental fees:

Hosting an event at Hobbit Hollow will require the guests to procure their personal selection of tents and event rentals, as well as the mobile restroom facilities. Engaging a valet parking service is necessary for events that will include more than 15 vehicles. Hobbit Hollow staff will work with the guests, their wedding planner, caterer and rental vendors to ensure a perfectly seamless and magical event on the lawns.
Rental of the Hobbit Hollow House for (4) nights, generally a Thursday through Monday for a Saturday/Sunday event, is necessary. Nightly rates for the Residence vary by season and can be found, along with availability of dates, on our booking partner, VRBO.com.
