With seating capacity for 80 attendees with 40 tables each equipped with two comfortable chairs, this space provides a flexible layout that can be customized to suit your specific requirements. Whether you prefer a classroom-style setup, a theater-style arrangement, or a U-shaped configuration, Weikert Auditorium can accommodate your vision. Weikert offers state of the art LCD Projector and screen to enable you to showcase your ideas leaving a lasting impression on your audience. Catering services can be provided through our trusted partner, Sodexo or you may also use the caterer of your selection in this building. Adjacent to Weikert Auditorium lies a hidden gem that adds an extra touch of sophistication to your event—the breathtaking lobby area known as The Bridge. This second-story skywalk connects Weikert Auditorium to Buhler Rohlfs Hall and offers a unique experience for your guests. it provides the perfect setting for a delightful breakfast or lunch buffet. Imagine your attendees indulging in a delectable spread while enjoying stunning views of the Hilker Campus Mall. The 1st experience your guests will have is the Lobby of Buhler Rohlfs hall call The Main Commons; It is an elegant and sophiscated two-story lobby which is an excellent space for check-in booths or refreshments for breaks.. As you enter the Main Commons Area, you'll be greeted by several high-top tables and chairs, providing the perfect setting for networking, socializing, or simply relaxing amidst the vibrant atmosphere. The combination of modern design elements and comfortable furnishings creates an inviting ambiance that encourages interaction and engagement. The Yockey Family Community Room is conveniently located in the Olsen Student Center. This room will hold 175 people for a sit-down banquet or up to 250 for a lecture presentation. This room is equipped with hidden technological advancements, such as LCD projector, screen, sound, microphones, as well as hook ups for laptops. It also has wireless capabilities and a built in podium. The room measures 45' W by 65' L.
