Terms and Conditions for Palisades Lounge Events 1. General Booking Policies All events must be booked at least 30 Days in advance. A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure the date and time of your event. Palisades Lounge reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion. 2. Deposit and Payment A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, cash, credit cards, online payments. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations made 14 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for refunds. Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability, but additional fees may apply. 4. Event Duration The rental period includes setup and teardown time. Additional time will incur extra charges at a rate of 200 per hour. Events exceeding the agreed-upon timeframe may be subject to immediate closure or additional fees. 5. Food and Beverage All food and beverages must be provided by Palisades Lounge or approved vendors. Outside food and drinks are prohibited unless agreed upon in advance. Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests aged 21 and older, and valid ID is required. 6. Damage and Liability Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during the event. A refundable security deposit of $1000 may be required and will be returned after the event if no damages occur. Palisades Lounge is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during the event. 7. Conduct and Compliance Clients and guests must adhere to all local laws and venue policies. Disorderly conduct, including excessive noise or illegal activities, is strictly prohibited and may result in event termination without refund. 8. Decorations and Setup Decorations must be approved in advance to ensure they comply with venue guidelines. Use of nails, staples, or adhesives that damage walls or surfaces is not allowed. Cleanup of decorations and event materials must be completed by the end of the rental period. 9. Force Majeure Palisades Lounge is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or power outages. 10. Agreement By booking your event at Palisades Lounge, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any violations may result in additional fees or termination of the event.
