WE BRING THE TOOLS AND LADDERS, YOU GIVE US THE BOXES OF ALL YOUR DECOR ITEMS.YOU PROVIDE US WITH YOUR FLOORPLAN AND LAYOUT AND ALL OF THE DECOR ITEMS YOU'VE PURCHASED AND WE GIVE YOU TWO HOURS OF SET UP TIME AND THEN COME BACK AT THE END OF THE RECEPTION AND TEAR DOWN AND PACK UP IN ONE TO TWO ADDITIONAL HOURS

NO TWO EVENTS ARE THE SAME, SO WE LOOK AT EACH WEDDING, PARTY OR FUNCTION AND TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE SIZE, LOCATION, AND THE INTENSITY OF WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO ARRIVE AT A CUSTOM PRICE. THE PACKAGES LISTED SHOULD BE CONSIDERED AS AVERAGE PRICES AND HOPEFULLY OFFER YOU A GUIDELINE TO WORK WITH. “The Day Of” COORDINATION PACKAGE This is for the couple that has managed the majority of the wedding planning on their own.  We will ensure that your Wedding Day is stress-free so you can relax and enjoy. This is your special day and you need someone else to take care of the coordination and all the little details. We're there to supervise the set up and make sure all vendors are onsite and ready to go. We'll handle the logistics of the day and keep everything on schedule. Having met with you about 30 days prior, you've provided us with all the details and we've put together a timeline and a script for all to follow outlining every event that's happening at what time, all announcements, names of who's speaking when and special songs and special moments. We remain onsite to make sure that tear down has begun and is well underway, giving you a full 8 plus hours on site. We include as a bonus, four hours of planning during the last 30 days to help you with last minute tasks. If you elect to eliminate the bonus planning, the cost is reduced to just Day of Coordination at $1350.

We are happy to step in at any point and have put an average price for partial planning above but depending where you are when you ask for us to step in will determine the final pricing, or if you know there are a limited number of areas that you need assistance with we can usually know what your cost will be for us to step in.
