We have space available for Self-Defense, Martial Arts, Dance or Corporate Training. We are right around the corner from Silver Star Gymnastics in Silver Spring, MD, just over the DC line off the beltway. We have a newly renovated space of 2,700 sq ft with a new floor, large enough for sizable classes. We also have a separate classroom with a mounted projector and training tables and chairs. Two luxury bathrooms, one with double sinks, a kitchenette and foyer are included, and a dedicated office is an option. The space is available every evening from 6:00 PM on, and on weekends all day and evening. We use the space ourselves during weekdays for training, and we close up daily by 5:30 PM. So we are looking for someone who could use the space on evenings and weekends. This space is in a flexible-use complex with kids gymnastics and dog training nearby. Our space has up to 12 dedicated parking spaces, and there are plenty of unassigned spaces on evenings and weekends nearby. The entrance and parking lot is lit by LED floodlights. This would be ideal for someone looking to either start a business or relocate one whether for adults or children. We would be interested in someone providing Krav Maga, boxing or martial arts classes. We already have Krav punch and kick tombstones and a large crash pad. Yoga would be complementary, as we also teach mind-body awareness. We'd be happy with Dance classes, and corporate training, too. The space includes: --a large open area (38' 1? x 35' 6? or 1,351 sq ft) --a classroom with a projector and training tables and chairs to comfortably sit 21 trainees (26' x 26' or 676 sq ft) --an office with a locked door (10' by 10' or 100 sq ft) --a kitchenette with a fridge and seating easily for 24 people (30' x 14' 6? or 435 sq ft) --a reception or waiting area with a desk, seating, extra fridge and closet (20' x 16' 6? or 328 sq ft) --two large restrooms, each with luxury sinks (16' x 16' 5? or 265 sq ft) --12 dedicated parking spaces along with many other spaces nearby The rent would be negotiable depending upon the amount and time of use. For the right qualified instructor or firm in any of these or other disciplines or activities, we would also consider some kind of partnership. We are not interested in any illegal activities, and cameras with motion detectors inside and out are part of the package.
