**Terms and Conditions for Luxury Chauffeur Service** **1. Booking and Confirmation:** - All bookings are subject to availability. - A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a nonrefundable deposit of 20%. **2. Cancellation and Payments:** - Cancellations made before 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a partial payment of 50% of the total agreed-upon price. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in a full payment obligation. **3. Delays and Changes:** - Any delays or changes to the schedule must be communicated to BNS Transport and Limousine at the earliest opportunity. - Additional charges may apply for extended waiting times or changes to the original itinerary. **4. Conduct of Passengers:** - Clients and their guests are expected to behave in a respectful and dignified manner during the service. - Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or their guests will be the responsibility of the client. **5. Liability:** - BNS Transport and Limousine is not liable for delays or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., traffic, accidents, weather conditions). **6. Confidentiality:** - BNS Transport and Limousine respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without explicit consent. **7. Payment:** - A nonrefundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking. - Full payment must be made before the commencement of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. - Late payments may incur additional fees. **8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:** - BNS Transport and Limousine reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes. By engaging in our chauffeur services, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
