Once your reservation fee has been received, your event date will be secured. Credit card payments may be made over the phone and will incur a 4.0% processing fee. Cash or money order payments may be hand delivered to 51 E. Wilcox Dr, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635.
Full remaining payment will also be required thirty (30) days before your event date or at the reservation request submission if your event is scheduled within thirty (30) days.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
SHSG recognizes there are circumstances where cancellation becomes necessary through no fault of the organizing party. However, a reservation precludes another group from using the facility; therefore, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
1. Payments received above the reservation fee will be fully refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least two (2) weeks in advance.
a. The reservation MUST be cancelled in writing or via email before the event date. You will be provided a cancellation number along with an accounting of the fees paid and fees withheld.
b. Cancellation refunds will be based on a time sliding scale.
i. If cancellation occurs more than TWO (2) weeks prior to the event, SHSG will refund the entire deposit received minus the reservation fee which is non-refundable.
ii. Cancellations within ONE (1) week will be refunded for only half of the deposit and the reservation fee is non-refundable.
iii. Any cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours before the event or “no shows” will forfeit any deposits that have been made.
2. The accounting of payments will be posted on an invoice and a copy will be provided to the group representative.
