Renaissance may be rented by the room and in blocks of 4 hours. To this, 1 hour may be added for setup and another hour for cleanup, six hours in total. 6-hr. block pricing is as follows: Banquet Hall Only | $500* Cookery (Kitchen) Only | $400* Smoking Lounge Only | $300 Banquet Hall & Cookery | $800* Banquet Hall & Lounge | $700* Cookery & Lounge | $600 All Three Together | $1,000* *Includes use of tables (rectangular & round), tablecloths & cloth napkins (with additional laundering fee), banquet and folding chairs, place settings for 99 people, kitchen appliances, and cookware, etc. ADDITIONAL FEES: Cleaning fee | $100 Laundering fee (if linen is used) | $100 Use of piano (per event) | $100 PA sales & use tax | 6% NOTES: Full payment due at time of reservation Renter may be asked to pay $250 as a security deposit To make a reservation, legal documents are required to be signed on our documents page Prices may change without notice If you want us to provide full-service, please contact us Non-profits: for special pricing, please contact us CANCELLATION: If renter cancels a reservation for an event seven (7) calendar days or less before the event date, Renaissance will keep 50% of the rental fee, and refund the security deposit (if required). If renter cancels a reservation eight (8) calendar days or more before an event date, Renaissance will refund the total rental fee and security deposit (if required). Renaissance will not cancel a reservation except for reasons beyond its control, in which case the full amount paid by renter will be refunded.
