All menus are customized to my clients needs and preferences.
Please find as an attachment an example of a non-traditional Christmas menu for this year.
3-4-or 5 course meals can be prepared and served beginning at $55 per person excluding service and taxes.
As your private chef, I would be accompanied by a sous-chef and servers to ensure the quality of the service. I do not disappoint.
The cost includes all the necessary food for the meal, preparation times and full service including cleaning and garbage removal. I would arrive at your location a few hours before service to assure a canapé service followed by the dinner. (subject to your final approval).
SIGNATURE DRINK OPTION: an excellent cranberry Cosmo using Grey Goose vodka can be served with sugared grapes. 2 ounce serving (usually 1.25 ounces) (additional cost per person).
