The coordinator is on-site the day of an event to ensure it runs smoothly. You can expect the coordinator to come to the wedding rehearsal to understand the schedule, then arrive early the day of the wedding and stay until the end, making sure each section of the wedding runs according to plan. The day-of coordinator will also help with any issues that come up during the event, such as the wrong song being played for the first dance, or dinner being served late.

PAYMENT: A non--refundable deposit (50% of Service Price) is due when your date is reserved. Total balance must be paid in full 1 day prior to the event.
CONDITIONS: It is your responsibility to make the selections of vendors; we will implement your selections. • It is your responsibility to provide us with contact names, telephone numbers, and scheduled timetables for all vendors involved in the wedding ceremony and reception no later than 14 days prior to the event.• It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes in a timely manner.• Please complete the Vendor Information sheet as thoroughly as possible and return it with your contract and down payment. Additional vendor information can be filled in at a later date.• It is your responsibility to provide us with copies of vendor contracts for all vendors listed on your Vendor Information sheet
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation of these services less than 14 days prior to your wedding date will result in the loss of your deposit. Your deposit is fully refundable if cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to your wedding date.
EXCLUSIONS: This does not include Destination Weddings/Events or events outside of MD/DC/VA. Events that exceed 100 attendees, price is slightly higher.
