About Apotheca

Apotheca is one's of Sedona's most affordable venue rental spaces available. With plush furniture and golden walls with a victorian flare, and substantial stage and sound equipment, it is the perfect cozy and comfortable small venue for a wide range of events Concerts, theater, conferences, retreats, workshops, classes, private events, private meetings and rehearsals, dance parties, social gatherings and more. We have never had a sound complaint in this location so it is perfect for loud events. The space is suitable for up to 60 seated guests or 100 standing. Large stage support concert, theater and comedy events. All ages venue. You can bring your own food and drink or purchase from our sister cafe. You can bring alcohol to your events as long as you are not selling it or serving to minors. Professional live recording and audio engineering can be provided by Le Fay Studios, located inside Apotheca next to the stage. The cafe can stay open late or open earlier to serve late night public events booked with advanced notice. Please call to inquire and begin your reservation. Prices $25 -$60 per hour for space only. Each rental comes with some set up and close up time. Additional charges for rental equipment and staff or tech support apply. This is the most affordable venue rental you will find in Sedona. KITCHEN RENTAL NEXT DOOR AT SISTER CAFE Kitchen rental in our sizable sister cafe's production facility is also available to meet some commercial kitchen needs for your event. The kitchen is equipped with a low temp oven up to 350 degrees, electrical cooking appliances, pots, crockpots, and various kitchen bowls and utensils. There is no hood, so the only cooking not available in this kitchen is frying and sautéing. $45 per hour.
