Our Sweet 15/16 Birthday Package is catered to make each individual feel like a star.
The four hour celebration begins with butler service of hors d'oeuvres passed on silver trays. While guests enjoy the treats, the guest of honor is getting pampered in the
complimentary suite in the adjacent Meadowlands Plaza Hotel. After he or she makes their grand entrance, the festivities can begin. Guests begin to feast on an elaborate display table of Italian antipasti, an elegant formaggi display with various italian cheeses on a cheese board. The feast continues with a salad and five hot chafing dishes and a carving station, of the host's choosing.
