50% deposit is due upon signing.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Payment is accepted by credit card, check or bank transfer (fees may apply).
Once the event is booked, if the client cancels the event for any reason, The Cultured Event will be entitled to retain as a cancellation fee any amount that has been paid to date.
