This Beautiful space in the heart of Seattles SODO district is perfect for photo and video shoots, podcasts, and to hold private events or meetings. There is three stories of usable space including a recording studio on the bottom floor and a very open layout on the upper two levels. We provide easy access to our in house sound system and projectors with easy casting from phones or laptops for you event or meeting also including wireless mics, DMX and smart lighting for easy product or company customization. We also have a small kitchen with a stove top (no oven). There is a very professional loading dock inside the building (and out of the rain). We also have small hand trucks to help with smaller loads.
